Family Intercession (With The Word)

When Satan came to attack (tempt) Jesus Christ; the Lord defended Himself by saying three (3) different times, “It is written….” and mentioned a corresponding Bible Scripture with it. In other words, He used THE WORD (the sword) to stop the deceiver’s slick attack and victory came to Him as the devil took off.  The enemy of our souls is attacking our families and relationships more than ever these days. Therefore, we need to RiseUp and not only PRAY & PRAISE God in our battles, but DECLARE (speak) the Word over our Lost/Confused/Deceived (non-saved, spiritually blinded, backslide struggling or resentment holding) family members and friends. We have to understand that the BEST relationships consists of GOOD FORGIVERS & INTERCEEDERS.  I’ve taken the time to include some Bible Verses here below that you should use in your prayers; please include the person’s name where appropriate (making it personal).

LOST SOUL (Non-Believer):
Ezequiel 36:26 – And I will give you a new heart, and I will put a new spirit in you. I will take out your stony, stubborn heart and give you a tender, responsive heart.

CONFUSED or DECEIVED SOUL (Spiritually Blinded):
Acts 26:18 – to open their eyes, so they may turn from darkness to light and from the power of Satan to God. Then they will receive forgiveness for their sins and be given a place among God’s people, who are set apart by faith in me.

NOT DOING THEIR CHOSEN ASSIGNMENT SOUL (inactive or resisting the calling on their life):
Jeremiah 29:11 – For I know the plans I have for you,” says the Lord. “They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope.

Ephesians 4:1 – Therefore I, a prisoner for serving the Lord, beg you to lead a life worthy of your calling, for you have been called by God.

ANGRY, ANXIOUS, BITTER, COMBATIVE & RESENTMENT SOUL:
Philippians 4:7 – Then you will experience God’s peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus.

John 14:27 – “I am leaving you with a gift—peace of mind and heart. And the peace I give is a gift the world cannot give. So don’t be troubled or afraid.”
